Sisters Living Works is a 501( c )3 non-profit organization in the USA and 80G, 12AB, and CSR1 certified in India. Our journey began with a shared commitment to overcome the rising challenges of mental health and suicide.

Our Mission

Prevention of suicide among people in India by raising community awareness, involvement, education, advocacy, and support.

Our activities, events, and efforts are focused towards:

• Educating individuals that suicide is a preventable public health problem.
• Raising awareness about the warning signs of suicidal behaviour and the action-oriented steps one can take to respond in a supportive manner.
• Encouraging help-seeking behaviour among people.
• Breaking the stigma surrounding suicide, mental health, and therapy.
• Creating a safe space for individuals to freely and comfortably talk about suicide and mental health, to find hope in the knowledge that each person is a crucial part of our community and should never feel alone in their struggle.
