A grassroots social impact organisation committed to empowering underserved rural and urban communities through holistic, sustainable development.

Naata's journey began with a single village as a pilot project, where we adopted a comprehensive community development approach — working closely with local families to strengthen education, vocational training, healthcare access, and livelihood generation.

We introduced skill-building initiatives that enabled community members, especially women, to create handcrafted jewellery, candles, and other artisanal products, while also supporting market access to help generate sustainable income.

In parallel, we undertook fruit tree plantation initiatives that created long-term earning opportunities for families through produce cultivation and sale, helping build financial resilience within the community.

Encouraged by the impact of this model, Naata Foundation has now expanded its work to 29 villages, implementing multiple programs focused on creating self-reliant, empowered, and economically independent communities.

We support schools and learning centres for children from underserved and slum communities, creating access to quality education, mentorship, and opportunities for brighter futures. Some of our students have gone on to become engineers, nurses, teachers, bankers, businessmen, etc
