Education Youth Livelihood Women

2009

Empowering youth from underserved communities with career guidance, life skills, and mentorship to build brighter futures

1 in 3 young people in India have nowhere to go not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET)

Bright Future India empowers marginalized youth (ages 13–25) by bridging the gap between education and employment through career counseling, skill development, and mentorship. Founded in 2009, it has impacted over 40,000 students and shifted career paths for 78% of its beneficiaries.

Bright Future Programmes are organised by stage and need: Buniyaad builds career awareness and critical thinking in secondary school; Bulandi remains the flagship for launching young people into meaningful careers; Aasmaan becomes a pathway for higher education and leadership for young women; and Badi Soch supports entrepreneurs to grow their enterprises.

Vision: A bright future for all young people.

Mission: Facilitate youth to become changemakers in their communities by developing Future skills.

Impact: Thousands of youth placed in jobs or higher education, with centres across Maharashtra, Delhi, Telangana, Gujarat, and Karnataka.
