This festive season, use a few hours of your time to help create opportunities for women rebuilding their lives.
Kshamata is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support its festive sales, exhibitions and product stalls from Sep - Dec 2026.
Kshamata works to empower women and adolescent girls who have experienced trafficking, gender-based violence and extreme vulnerability, supporting them through skill development and livelihood opportunities.
As a Festive Sales & Exhibition Volunteer, you'll help Kshamata showcase and sell products at exhibitions and festive stalls while interacting with customers and representing the organisation.
What You'll Do
Volunteers will support Kshamata at festive exhibitions and sales stalls by:
Training & Support
All selected volunteers will receive training in August, covering:
Once trained, volunteers will be contacted when an exhibition is confirmed. Venue, date and time details will be shared closer to the actual dates, but in advance.
Kshamata staff will be present at the exhibitions to guide and support volunteers.
Volunteers are expected to be present through the entire day for a given event, but can choose to participate in some but not all exhibitions - depending on NGO's requirement and volunteers' availability. Expectation would be to volunteer for 6-8 hours per event, for approx 6-8 events, totalling 48 hours to be provided a certificate by Kshamata
