PCGT is seeking an experienced marketing and brand strategy professional to support the organisation in strengthening its strategic positioning for future growth.

This project offers an opportunity to work closely with the organisation’s leadership and Board of Directors to assess current positioning, identify strategic opportunities for growth, and develop actionable recommendations that can help elevate visibility, engagement, and long-term impact.

The selected volunteer will contribute as a strategic thought partner, helping shape a clear, forward-looking marketing and brand growth roadmap aligned with the organisation’s mission and aspirations.

This is a high-impact, project-based advisory engagement suited for experienced professionals who would like to contribute their expertise to strengthen a purpose-driven organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Review PCGT’s current brand presence, communications, and public positioning
  • Conduct strategic assessment of brand visibility, stakeholder engagement, and growth opportunities
  • Engage with leadership and relevant board members through scheduled discussions and review sessions
  • Benchmark relevant non-profit and purpose-driven brand positioning approaches
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen messaging, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and strategic visibility
  • Develop a practical strategic recommendation framework for future growth
  • Present findings, insights, and proposed strategic direction to the Board of Directors
  • Offer actionable next-step recommendations for implementation

Deliverables:

  • Strategic brand and positioning assessment
  • Opportunity analysis and recommendations
  • High-level growth and engagement roadmap
  • Presentation deck for Board review
  • Strategic recommendations for future implementation

Commitment:

Project based; 4 hours per week for 4 weeks = ~16 hours
