Help children discover the digital world and build skills for the future!
Saanvi Social Welfare Organisation works with students from tribal communities in Talasari, Palghar, where access to computers and digital learning opportunities may be limited. Volunteer to introduce children to computers and help them develop practical digital skills in a fun, supportive learning environment.
What will you do?
- Conduct one hour of online computer learning every week for four weeks.
- Introduce students to basic computer operations, keyboard and mouse usage, typing and file management.
- Help students explore simple applications such as Word, Paint and basic presentations.
- Introduce safe internet use, digital awareness and practical applications of technology in everyday life.
- Use simple demonstrations and hands-on exercises suited to students' learning levels.
Who can volunteer? College students, IT professionals, young professionals and anyone comfortable teaching basic computer skills.
No formal teaching experience is necessary. A little preparation and a genuine interest in helping children learn are all you need.
