Help children build confidence in English, one hour at a time!
Do you enjoy teaching, explaining concepts or helping others learn? Volunteer with Saanvi Social Welfare Organisation to support students from rural areas and tribal communities in Talasari, Palghar, in developing foundational English skills.
Many students have limited access to English-language learning support. Your time and encouragement can help them strengthen their reading, vocabulary, comprehension and everyday communication.
What will you do?
- Conduct one hour of online English learning every week.
- Help students practise basic vocabulary, reading, sentence formation and conversational English.
- Use simple examples, stories, games and interactive exercises to make learning enjoyable.
- Adapt sessions to students' learning levels and encourage them to participate confidently.
Who can volunteer? College students, working professionals, teachers and anyone with good English communication skills and a willingness to teach.
No formal teaching experience is necessary. A little preparation and a genuine interest in helping children learn are all you need.
