Bright Future India empowers youth from underserved communities by providing career guidance, life skills, and mentorship.
Mentoring a young person would involve
- Buniyaad (School Youth): Introducing school students to future-ready life skills and early career awareness to help them discover their potential before dropping out.
- Bulandi (Adolescent Youth & Livelihood): Guiding young adults in our 3 month Bulandi Program, through intensive career training and first time jobs to help them confidently secure and retain stable jobs.
- Badi Soch (Entrepreneurship): Coaching aspiring young entrepreneurs on business planning, financial literacy, market research, and digital sales to build start ups and scale them.
- Aasmaan (Higher Education & Leadership): Mentoring Young women with the guidance and leadership skills needed to successfully navigate social barriers, higher education and break through financial barriers.
Roles & responsibilities: Facilitate structured, one-on-one relationship built on trust and consistency where an experienced adult guides a young person through the critical transition into adulthood. Acting as a supportive sounding board, rather than an authority figure who hands out absolute answers.
Who can apply: Professionals, students, or anyone passionate about youth development but with the skills and time to contribute
